The Principals are registered architects in the state of Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia and Florida as well as registered with the National Certified Architecture Board (NCARB) and belong to the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Northern Virginia chapter.

The firm is registered and holds a Virginia contractors license Class A by the Commonwealth of Virginia Board for Contractors as well as by the government of the District of Columbia Department of Consumer and Regulation Affairs. and Home Builder License by the Office of Attorney General MD
